Happy New Year all and thanks so much for all the continued support we receive.We have exciting news to bring you, we have recently signed up to Go Loud Agency who will handle all our festival and gig arrangements for this year. We have been announced to play Ragnarok Festival 2018 in Norwich on 11th November, so one to put in the diary as it’s ten months from now! We have also just had confirmation we will be playing in London again in January, we will be supporting Septic Flesh & Inquisition at Camden Underworld on 22nd January.

December 2017

Not long now until our last show of the year supporting Saille in London at the Black Heart on Saturday 16th December. Support also comes from our good friends Shadowflag and Crimson Throne. October/November News

Formed in 2013, Stahlsarg immediately took to the road to travel through the land and spreading their immense blend of Black Death metal to the world.

Mechanisms Of Misanthropy was produced by the known audio expert, Danny B Takoma known for working with bands such as (Criminal, Lockup, Dimmu Borgir, the album was recorded at HVR Studios in the UK –

The album features guest vocals from Kim Dylla (A winter lost, Gwar, Kung Fu Dykes) and an arrangement from Brian Moss from Vicious Pink

The Magnificent visual art was created by Simon Bossert of Metal Artworks known for doing artwork for bands like Keep of Kalessin, Unlight, Imperium Dekadenz, Necronomicon.

June News

Our next shows will be in July on a mini tour performing alongside our comrades Old Corpse Road, we shall both be playing Friday 28th July at The Chameleon in Nottingham, Saturday 29th July at the Mulberry Tavern in Sheffield and finishing in Leeds at the Fenton on Sunday 30th July.


We have also been announced to play London in December supporting the Belgium black metal band, Saille on Saturday 16th December at the black Heart in Camden.

May News

Very pleased to announce this….

British black metal horde Stahlsarg have inked a deal with the Dutch label Non Serviam Records.
The 2nd album entitled “Mechanisms Of Misanthropy”, will be released autumn 2017 as a physical release and through all digital platforms.

The album has been recorded and mastered by Danny B Takoma (Lockup, Criminal) at HVR Recording Studio
With cover art created by Simon Bossert of Metal Artworks (Unlight, Imperium Dekadenz official).

This second album by Stahlsarg focuses more on the human side of living in a time of oppression, uncertainty and death and the desperate lengths people put themselves through to resist and survive. One of the songs is about Sophie Scholl of the White Rose movement,with a guest vocal from Kim “Kylla” Dylla / Vulvatron known for her roles in Gwar and the black metal band A Winter Lost, another is about the Norwegian resistance fighter Jan Baalsrud.

We will be playing Plymouth for the first time on Friday 26th May at The underground venue to finish off our shows in May

April News

We have been very busy finishing off the album and arranging shows to help promote it’s release. The album is now officially finished and we will be bringing you some exciting news soon about its release. We have also announced we will be playing london later in the year at the Unicorn on 25th August supporting the German black metal bands Unlight & Totengefluster. We have also just confirmed we will be playing some more shows in the UK, in July we will be playing alongside our good friends, Old Corpse Road in Nottingham on Friday 28th July at the Chameleon, we will be playing Sheffield on Saturday 29th July and also playing Leeds on Sunday 30th July. We are extremely happy to be playing these shows as they are cities we have not played before so look forward to getting out there and debuting some of our new tracks from the forthcoming album. At the start of February we entered HVR Studios, in Hintlesham to record the follow up album with Danny B Takoma again at the helm of production duties. We have now finished recording all the material and are currently in mixing stages soon to be completed and look forward for you guys to hear it.

We also played in Norwich at the B2 and had an awesome night, big thanks to Belligerant promotions for putting on the night and all the support bands, we had a blast. We have some more gigs we will be announcing very shortly, our next gig will be in London at Incineration Festival 2017 playing alongside Sodom, 1349, Akercocke and many more on 13th May. We also will be bringing you a new video to launch our second album and release date and more information in regards to the second album will be announced soon.
